The carrier has attachments extending parallel to its axis of rotation. Plate-shaped tools (6) are fixed to the attachments and one at right angles to the carrier. Adjacent tools partly overlap viewed in the longitudinal direction of the carrier. The overlap corresponds to about a third of the tool surface. The soil working tools are pref. formed of sheet metal which is about 6mm thick. The tools can be designed to extend circumferentially for at least 120 deg. about the tool carrier.
