PURPOSE:To provide a garnish having a strong and good-looking crust and a seal ripple by fitting a weltpart, which is trimmed with a heart substance and having a simplified U-type section, into a core-type flange part and by molding en bloc after setting it in a mold. CONSTITUTION:The welt part 11 trimmed with the core material 13 (metallic) with a simplified U-type section and having inside a holding ripple 14 will be mounted on a core-type flange part and this will be set inside an injection molding molds 20, 21 to inject resin for molding en bloc. By doing so, a garnish, on which a crust 22 and a seal ripple 23 are molded en bloc on the external surface of the welt part 11, will be provided. In the core-type flange part, a groove relating with the holding ripple 14 will be molded in advance. |
