PURPOSE:To provide a composite plastic useful as a low-density magnetic material for the prevention of eddy current loss and heat generation, by compounding a large amount of magnetic fine powder to a plastic composition and molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A plastic composition containing >=50wt% and <=30vol% of magnetic fine powder which passes a 100 mesh sieve, is molded to a desired form. When the amount of the magnetic powder exceeds 30vol%, the desirable characteristics of the plastic (moldability, machinability, appearance, strength, etc.) are lowered and the magnetic properties of the molded product are also deteriorated by the overlapping of a part or the whole of the magnetic particles. |
