PURPOSE:A plurality of rotor blades are installed permitting their position to change from normal operation condition to refuge where rotor blades are collected and fixed to the tower or nacelle. CONSTITUTION:Rotor head 4 of windmill 3 consists of two divided head units 4a, each fixed to a rotor blades 6, 6. The head units 4a are united with clutch device 11 driven by proper hydraulic or electromagnetic mechanism. The head units 4a are made to be devided, and at least one of which, when devided, can be freely rotated, released from the fixed rotating shaft 5. |
