A seal arrangement, consisting of a pressure reducing chamber, is disposed at the cloth material inlet of the drum body, and a nip seal or roll seal assembly is disposed above the pressure reducing chamber with compressed air inlet ports provided therein. me seal arrangement is disposed on the cloth material inlet side.
