<p>PURPOSE:To provide a compact, simple construction fan free of mechanisms such as a dumper, number of heat exchange between powder material and heated gas is increased to enhance heat efficiency and to eliminate the pressure and temperature difference of each heater gas in the exhaust fan. CONSTITUTION:In four-step cyclon type cement material heater, for example, a part of material is charged from the feeder 11 in A series in the duct 8a which is at the top of heat gas flow heated by exhaust gas of the rotary kiln 1. Then the material is moved to the dust collector 10 where collect material is sent to A series through pipe 10b, and moved to the top of hot gas from the calcinator 2. The rest of material is charged from the feeder 12 in B series. Both materials are moved down through the dust collectors to the calcinator 2 from which the calcined material is sent to the kiln 1 to be fired into clinker.</p> |
