PURPOSE:To obtain a single crystal ferrite having a high saturated magnetic flux and uniform construction by adding V2O5 to a ferrite basic body containing Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO as a main component. CONSTITUTION:A single crystal is grown by a solving process, by adding V2O5 to oxide magnetic material containing as a main component 45 to 60 mole percent of Fe2O3, 10 to 35 mole percent of MnO and 10 to 25 mole percent of ZnO to be mixed together. The value of a single crystal ferrite's magnetic flux density manufactured by such a process is increased compared with non-added V2O5 compound, and a change amount is reduced also to a crystal position and uniform. Concerned with a specific resistance, a change due to a crystal position is reduced and uniform also. Thus, by addition of V2O5, the composition segregation in a crystal growing time is restricted, therefore, a uniform composition can be obtained. |
