PURPOSE:To improve a picture rate reduction due to a transfer efficiency of a signal charge in a channel for blue color by forming a temporary memory portion of the channel for blue color in a buried system. CONSTITUTION:A CCD image senser is made up of a light sensible portion 1, a temporary memory 2 and a read-only memory 3. A R,G,B color stripe filter is provided on each of channel 8-1 to 8-6 in the light sensible portion 1. The channels in the sensible portion 1 are made up of a surgacial channel. The channel 9-3 to 9-5 following the channel 8-3 to 8-5 for blue color in the portion 2 is made up of a bury channel and the channel 9-1, 9-2, 9-4 and 9-5 following the channel for red color is made up of a surfacial channel. That is, a signal charge amount generated in the blue channel is less than the red channel, therefore, there is no problem to form the memory 2 as the bury channel. As a result, the picture rate reduction of the blue channel can be improved. |
