<p>PURPOSE:To secure a quick and automatic selection of the desired group signal by detecting the non-record band between several group signals recorded on the tape and then recording the address signal. CONSTITUTION:Each non-record band (b) between group signals of tape 1 onto which several group signals (a) are recorded is detected at non-record band detector circuit 4 via reproduction head 2 and then memorized in memory circuit 7. Control circuit 8 which supplies the output of circuit 4 reproduces the tape and then rewinds the tape in time T1 (slightly shorter than average time required for reproduction of the non-record band) from detection of the terminal of the group signal, and then starts again the reproduction when time T2 elapses. Then the recording state is secured in lapse of time T3(1/2T1) from the terminal of the group signal and the memory information of circuit 7, i.e., the address signal is supplied to record head 9 for recording. These address signals can be identified from each by giving different pulse numbers and frequencies.</p> |
