<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure as well as to realize light weight for the cassette tape recorder, especially those which are mounted to the car, by using just one unit of the flywheel which is so far required in a pair and at the same time making two units of the capstan correspond to the flywheel. CONSTITUTION:Flywheel 25 turns centering on axle 27 via belt 4 and motor 1. Capstan pulleys 28 and 29 are connected for turn to pulley 26 which turns coaxially and together with flywheel 25, and the shafts of 28 and 29 are supported to chassises 30 and 31 as capstan axles 7 and 8. Pinch rollers 9 and 10 are supported across T-shaped switch lever 33. Lever 33 has rotary axle 32 at chassis 30, and the tip of lever 33 is connected to one end of reverse spring 19. In the diagram, roller 9 touches elastically axle 7, but roller 10 touches elastically axle 8 instead in case reverse lever 17 has inversion to release the elastic contact between roller 9 and axle 7.</p> |
