发明名称 PREPARATION OF ANODE FOR NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the activity and absorptive power and to obtain a copper oxide electrode with a good utilization rate for volume and weight by heat-treating a mixture of copper salt and copper oxide and by making the copper oxide, which is produced by thermal decomposition of copper salt, an anode material. CONSTITUTION:Silver nitrate, copper carbonate, copper hydroxide and copper oxide are mixed in a specific rate, the mixture is heated in the electric furnace in an inert atmosphere, the copper hydroxide is thermal-decomposed into copper oxide. The copper oxide containing decomposed products, acetylene black and ethylene tetrafluoride are mixed, pressurized, molded and heat-treated to make an anode plate. Since the particle suface of copper oxide produced by thermal decomposition of copper salt is porous and reaction area is greater, the activity is excellent and the absorptive power is enhanced. Thus the utilization rate of active material can be improved.
