PURPOSE:To prepare a tenderized and seasoned cuttle having good body while preventing the growing of mold, by the use of chlorella fungi. CONSTITUTION:A raw cuttle is immersed in an extract of chlorella at room temperature or smeared with chlorella powder together with various seasonings, and allowed to stand for 1 day. The seasoned cuttle is dried, roasted in a press oven, sliced, seasoned again, dried in an IR oven, and vacuum-packed. |
