摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the driving current pulse featuring a sharp rise and a fixed amplitude without increasing the driving power voltage by adding a simple circuit consisting of the differentiating circuit and the transistor switch. CONSTITUTION:When the output of AND circuit 10 becomes the L level and the base current is supplied to the bases of 1st and 2nd transistor switches 31 and 32 from base current supply source 5, the current is supplied to switch 31 via initial capacitor 7 for conduction. And thus driving current pulse I1 is supplied to driving lind 1 from driving power source 4. As a result, switch 31 and switch 32 becomes nonconductive and conductive respectively after the period fixed by the differential constant between capacitor 7 and resistance 8, and thus driving current pulse I2 is supplied to line 1. Accordingly, the driving current pulse of line 1 is turned to the pulse featuring a sharp rise of the composite current of I1 and I2 as well as a fixed amplitude. Therefore, source 4 is not required to form with a high-potential power source.
