PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of trouble in fixing other article by preventing that the female screw of a nut is embedded by a raw material, by preliminarily screwing a bolt in the nut to position both of the bolt and the nut in a cavity and inserting the head of the bolt in the recessed part provided to the surface of a mold cavity. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 22, in which the head 31 of a bolt 30 is inserted, is provided to a mold cavity surface 21 forming a cavity 10 having a desired shape such as a shape of a spoiler and a bolt 30 screwed in a nut 40 is mounted to the recessed part 22 as shown by an arrow. The character M in a drawing is the magnet embedded in the recessed part 22 and the head 31 of the bolt is attracted and fixed by said magnet. After the bolt is mounted, the cavity 10 is filled with a plastic raw material such as polyurethane to perform molding so as to cover the outer surface of the nut 40 and the leading end part 32 of the bolt. Since the bolt 30 is screwed in the nut 40 at this time, the plastic raw material hardly enters the female screw of the nut 40 and, by rotating the bolt 30 to detach the same from the nut 40, a resin having the nut 40 embedded therein is left on the side of a molded product 60. |
