Base plates for pizzas or torte are made of bread dough which is kneaded, subdivided, pressed flat, raised once and baked. The press-flat operation is undertaken directly without stretching it out by rolling and without prior raising. The roll stretching operations and the long periods of rest subsequent to it are eliminated. |
