PURPOSE:To enable control of an X-ray photographing device by an operator operating an endoscope device, by a method wherein a control mechanism to perform various control operation for fluoroscopy and photograph by an X-ray photographing device is mounted to the control-at-hand part of an endoscope. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray fluoroscopy and photography switch 6 and a photographing stand regulating switch 7 are mounted to a control-at-hand part 5 of an endoscope 4. The switch 6 is formed in, for example, a 2-stage, and the switch 7 is formed in, for example, a depress and lift-up type. The endoscope 4 is brought into a usable state when it is mounted to an endoscope device body 8. A signal indicating the control state of the X-ray fluoroscopy and photograph switch 6 is added to an X-ray control part 9 between the endoscope device body 8 and an X-ray photographing device 1. A signal indicating the control state of the photographing stand regulating switch 7 is added to a photographing stand control part 10 of the X-ray photographing device 1. Thereby, various control for X-ray fluoroscopy and photograph by the X-ray photographing device 1 can be effected by the control-at-hand part 5 of the endoscope 4.
