<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate printing stain and to enhance printing resistance, by using a mixture of an organic soloxane and a speicifed alkoxysilane containing epoxy groups, and tetraalkoxytitanate or tetraalkoxyzirconate. CONSTITUTION:A compound (component B) represented by formula I in which R is 3-18C organic group containing epoxy group, (a) is 2 or 3, X is 1-8C alkoxy, and a compound (component C) represented by formula II in which R1-R4 are 1- 12C hydrocarbon, and M is Ti or Zr, are mixed with an organic siloxane component A. A weight ratio of component A/component B is 99/1-50/50 and the mixture is dissolved in a solvent, and component C is added in the following weight ratio: (A+B)/C=100/0.1-100/10. This solution is coated on a substrate, such as paper, or plastic film, dried in the air, and further dried in hot air to prepare a photosensitive lithographic master material. Use of this material permits a sharp image free from printing stain to be obtained.</p> |
