The vibrating rammer is esp. for driving in, or withdrawing, rammed units such as sheeting piling, posts, tubes or similar; it has a rammer body raised and lowered by a crane or similar, bearing two counter-running imbalance units and the drive for these. There is a grab device (19) for the rammer body (P), movable by means of a hoisting and lowering device - pref. a cable winch - and also a clamping device (16) for detachable connection of the rammer body with the rammer housing unit when this is set up.
