Filter for drainge sump and ponds is mounted at the end of dip pipe for sucking out the water. The pipe is connected to a pump. At the end of the pipe there is a cylindrical shell attached to a circular float. In the end of the cylindrical shell is a filter element. Inside the outer shell is a second cylindrical shell also with a filter element in its end. The dip pipe is located inside the second cylinder and draws the water through the two filter elements. The system avoids the need for extra power on the pumping system and is simple and cheap in construction.
