<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the bond of nonmagnetic material among drive side pulley, disk and boss in an electromagnetic clutch and reduce the leakage magnetic flux therein by forming a driven side disk by single mother material of magnetic and bonding the drive side pulley, disk and boss by the nonmagnetic material. CONSTITUTION:The disk 220 of an electromagnetic clutch 200 mounted at a compressor is pressed from a steel plate. A rotor 230 is composed of magnetic disk plates 231, 232, 235 and bonding members 233, 234 of nonmagnetic material. A ring-like gap 240 is provided between the inner and the outer peripheral surfaces of the disk plates 231 and 232, the bonding member 233 inserted into the gap 240 and pressed in molding. A yoke 203A having an electromagnetic winding 203 is so disposed inside the disk plate 231 as to radially superimpose the pulley 237 with the yoke 203A. Thus, the mechanical coupling among the respective members is strengthened by nonmagnetic material to thereby reduce the leakage magnetic flux in the clutch.</p> |
