In conjunction esp. with double floors, the panel or tile, with flexible coating cemented onto its upper side, so that air cannot penetrate, is designed to facilitate subsequent removal of the coating for replacement when worn. The panel (1) has a hole in the centre, extending from its underside up to the coating (2), through which compressed air can be passed. The hole (4) may open outwards (5) towards the coating. It may be attached to a compressed air ducts, while the coating is braced onto the panel with an airtight effect. This enables the coating to be forced off under air pressure from below.
