<p>PURPOSE:To recover iron salt from dye waste water sludge to be reusable, by oxidizing the coprecipitation of specific dye and trivalent iron with hypochlorite, dephosphating, condensing and treating with strong acid. CONSTITUTION:The coprecipitation (complex salt) of reactive dye and trivalent iron containing phthalocyanine metal complex separated from a waste water tank 2 in a dye waste water treating process consisting of oxidation tank 1, precipitation tanks 2, 4, etc. is introduced into a discoloration tank 6, and pH is adjusted to 7 by adding NaOH, and this coprecipitation is oxidized and discolored by hypochlorite Na. Then, pH is adjusted to 10 in a dephosphorization tank 7, and phosphorous is separated and removed from the coprecipitation after agitating for a certain period of time. After condensing the coprecipitation, pH is adjusted to 8 to 10, and iron salt is dissolved and regenerated by strong acid such as sulfuric acid in a reproducing tank 9, together with the sludge from said precipitation tank 4. The recovered iron salt is recycled to be used as catalyst and agglutinant by the Fenton reaction.</p> |
