<p>PURPOSE:The thermostat of electronic type which converts the detected signal given in analog quantity into digital quantity and outputs the control signal in digital processing. CONSTITUTION:The signal from the thermister being the temperature sensor is digitized with the A-D converter 1 and fed as the a input of the comparator 3. The bit pattern of a plurality of switches S indicating the set temperature is converted into digital signal at the converter 2 and fed as the B input of the comparator 3. The comparator 3 produces an output in case of A>B, and controls the unit such as air conditioners not shown. The output is also fed to the converter 2, and the output of the converter 2 is fed to the comparator 3 by taking the signal less by one minimum bit than the same bit pattern of the switch S as the B input.</p> |
