<p>A picture support has a frame which encloses a view opening for the picture and there is a rear wall which includes a support surface for the back of the picture. A slot running at least round part of the frame, but pref. round the whole frame is formed between the rear wall (3) and the frame (2) connected to it. The plane along which the slot extends runs parallel to the support surface (8) and/or to the rear (19) of the frame. The slot is either wholly or partially closed towards the side, outer edges of the picture support (1) or of the frame (2).</p> |
