PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned product which will not produce any crack and blowhole in weld zone by using the specific non-metallic flux as the flux to be included in a wire. CONSTITUTION:When non-metallic flux such as silica sand, fluorite, etc. used as natural slag forming agents is fired beforehand at tmeperature above 500 deg.C and is included in the welding wire, the water sources such as water of crystallization, OH ions, etc. in the flux are removed and therefore the diffusible hydrogen quantity in the fusion metal may be reduced down to 5ml/100g or under and the production of cracks in the weld zone and the blowhole in the beads may be prevented. |
