PURPOSE:To increase the junction intensity as well as to decrease the using quantity of Au by using the alloy featuring the specifiec wt% of Au, P and Sn each for the mount material which connects and fixes the crystal oscillator and the plug termimal. CONSTITUTION:The alloy featuring the component composition of 10-85wt% Au: 0.1-10wt% P: the rest of Sn each is used for mount material 3 which connects and fixes crystal oscillator 1 and plug terminal 2. And P is added to the Au-Sn alloy to reduce the sensitivity of material 3 to the alloy composition of Au-Sn. Thus, the using quantuty of Au can be decreases, at the same time increasing the junction intensity. |
