PURPOSE:To give a lustrous surface, which is excellent from the viewpoint of the appearance, as a result of grinding all over the grinding surface of a sword, by locating a grinding part at a point of a rod-shaped small-sized hand motor so that the grinding part moves in an ellipse. CONSTITUTION:A base part of a pad lever 25 made of material, such as bamboo and the like, serving to adhere closely a grinding part 28 is equipped in a play, is removably mounted at a front end of a rocking lever 19 of a hand motor 1 by means of a proper attachment 26. The rocking lever 19 rocks due to the eccentric rotation of an eccentric rotation of an eccentric shaft 35, and as a result the grinding part 28 rotates in an ellipse. The ellipse movement of the grinding part may result in giving a curving patterned luster to the surface of the sword. |
