FLAMEERETARDANT PUTTY COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:A flame-retardant putty composition that is composed of a chloroprene polymer that is liquid at room temperature, alumina hydrate, and heat-resistant fibers, thus having adequate flexibility and adhesion at room temperature, and showing high air-tight sealing properties. CONSTITUTION:To (A) 100 parts by wt of liquid chloroprene polymer that has functional groups on the chain terminals and a viscosity of 5000-300000 cps at room temperature are added (B) 200-700 parts of alumina hydrate mix consisting of 100 parts of that with an average particle size of 10-100mum and 20-300 parts of that with an average aprticle size below 10mum and (C) 15-100 parts of inorganic fiber mix consisting of 100 parts of glass fiber of less than 100mum fiber diameter and 2-15mm length and 10-300 parts of asbestos fiber of less than 100mum diamter and 2-15mm length.
