<p>PURPOSE:To produce effectively enregy by rotating the frame and the flexible film which is sucured at its free end to the frame on the pressure receiving side and unsecured on the returning side, thereby utilizing the wind force without loss. CONSTITUTION:A supportor 6 supports at the upper end a rotary cylinder 7 rotatably which can rotate around the axis X Y and, for example, four cross-assembled rotary frame 5 is fixed to the cylinder 7. A flexible wind receiving film 2 is secured at one end to the outer transverse frame 3 of the rotary frame 5 and at the other free end to the inner transverse frame 4 which has a length longer than the width of the rotary frame 5. The inner frame 4 clings to or drops off from a projection 9 provided around the base of the frame 5 in the course of the rotation of the frame 5. When the inner frame 4 is clinging to the projection 9 to receive the wind pressure, the flexible film 2 is impreganted with the wind so that the rotary cylinder 7 can rotate.</p> |
