PRODUCING METHOD OF CUSHION HAVING MEMBRANCE

PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by heat curing of the sponge structure cushion, after the surface was coated with the semicured thermoplastic resin and then set in a mold. CONSTITUTION:The surface of sponge structure cushion is coated with the semicured or uncured thermoplastic membrance consisting of sheet or film such as polyvinyl chloride resin, polyamide, acrylic resin etc. and set in a mold. Then, the mold is heated up. The temperature and the period are controlled to a necessary condition for the curing.
