<p>PURPOSE:To produce foamed products efficiently by orderly establishing each station of placing onto a turning conveyor, input of a feed solution for foamed product clamping of a metal mold, and ripening. CONSTITUTION:A feed solution for foamed products is supplied from a feeding nozzle 10 and filled up on a lining or releasing material 16 set up on a lower mold 2B. The solutin is foamed immediately and a surface skin material 11 is placed on the surface at the D position where the foaming is not yet complete, and is attached by adding a slight pressure. Then a laminate (b) of a foaming material (a) and the surface skin material 11 is pressed and simultaneously mutually connected upper mold 2A and lower mold 2B are fixed by a clamp 5. Then after ripening for a certain period of time by feeding into an oven 15, the clamp 5 is loosened at a position (L) to open the metal mold 2 and a molded product M formed according to the shapes as specified by both upper and lower molds 2A and 2B.</p> |
