PURPOSE:For improving resin mold coils in mechanical strength, to cover the end portions of a coil with thermo-shrinking members to impregnate said coil with ultraviolet curing resin, and to cure said resin. CONSTITUTION:The end portions of coil winding 1 is covered with termo-shrinking tubes 8, said coil 1 is pre-dried, and said tubes 8 are shrunk so that the molds of said coil ends 5 are obtained. Next, the both ends of said tubes 8 are fastened with thermo-shrinking tubes 9. Therefater, said coil 1 is impregnated with ultraviolet curing resin, and a clear resin layer 10 is formed between said tubes 8 and color sections. In this condition, coat is formed by irradiating only side face 4 with an ultraviolet ray radiating lamp 3, and said coil 1 is rotated while heated for completely curing the impregnation resin therein. |
