PURPOSE:To improve molding workability and resistance to liquid leakage of batteries by using the mixture in which fluorine oil is dry-mixed in synthetic resin as the material of sealing gasket which forms the batteries into those of a specified shape. CONSTITUTION:Positive active material 2 is housed in the battery case 4 and negative active material is set up through the separating film 3. A battery is obtained by sealing them with the sealing plate 5 and sealing gasket 6. For example, as the materials of this sealing gasket 6, the synthetic resin consisting of polyamide 6.6 and fluorine oil and the mixture in which the low polymer of 3 ethyl chloride fluoride are dry mixed is used. The sealing gasket 6 in a specified shape is created by molding this mixture. As the above synthetic resin, high density polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyacetal can be used. It is desired that fluorine oil whose dynamic particle size in dry mixing is within the range of 20 to 500 centistokes should be added to synthetic resin by 3 to 10 weight percentage. |
