PURPOSE:To supply stable electric power to a load by detecting the phase rotation and defective phase on the basis of a phase reference pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:A power conversion controller 6 supplies gate signals G1-G6 to a power converter via a power conversion control unit 9, a logic unit 10 and a voltage detection control unit 13, and generates a phase reference pulse signal for the phase rotation via a phase reference pulse generator 8. A power inverter controller 7 supplies gate signals GA-GF to a power inverter via oscillation frequency divider 17 and a gate amplifier 18, detects the phase rotation via a rotation detector 14 on the basis of the phase reference pulse signal, and detects the defective state via a defective phase detector 15. In this manner, the output voltage of the power converter can be prevented from undesirably becoming hunting. |
