PURPOSE:For economical clear recording, to transfer onto opposite paper of a general kind the melting material applied on conductive plastic film and supplied with power to generate heat. CONSTITUTION:Current is supplied to conductive plastic 1 from a power source 5 through the medium of a cat whisker 4. Since metallic powder and semiconductor material are mixed in, said plastic film itsefl generates heat to dissolve pigment such as carbon-black in the ink layer 2 diffused in wax so that transfer recording is made on opposite paper 3 of a general kind. Therefore, a high thermal efficiency can be developed for melting said ink layer, and clear recording can be made on general kinds of paper with little energy for cost saving even if no preheating of recording paper is made. |
