PURPOSE:To ease the increase in a pressure load, and to easily adjust a strength which presses a bottom surface of a bearing case against an end surface of a cross pin axis, by locating an expansion part at a central part of the bottom surface of the bearing case. CONSTITUTION:An expansion part 2 at a central part of a bottom surface of a bearing case 1 is protruded by a distance s above an outer circumference part 3 of the case 1. The bearing case is pressured into a bearing hole 6 of a yoke end part 5 by means of a pressuring-in jig 4. At this time the expansion part 2 beins to be pressedly deformed as a result of coming in contact with a cross pin 7 and continues to be deformed until the pressuring-in jig 4 comes in contact with the external circumference part 3. Synchronizing of a plastic deformation area of the expansion part 2 with a range of a correct pressing force can assemble the joint with the constant and correct pressing force. |
