PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of cylindrical receptacles of thermoplastic synthetic resin in multiple type but small in quantity or in slender type under saving die cost by forming receptacle elements with the side wall divided into two individually and fusing both the elements mutually to a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A receptacle element 1 is formed individually in the shape for which a bottomed cylinder is divided into two. Next, opposite edges of divided side walls 11, 13 of each element 1 are mutually welded thermally to a single cylindrical shape. A flash 18 on the weld is smoothed out with tools 19, 20 to press from both inside and outside to a beautiful appearance, and a distortion on the wall surface is eliminated. USE:Battery jar body. |
