摘要 <p>In the metallurgical evaluation of the blast furnace burden components of a poly-burden mixt. and for determining the output index in the individual process steps. esp. of Cu pyrometallurgy, by a radionuclide tracer technique, novelty comprises grinding the sample to 0.1 mm., weighing out analytically correct proportions and mixing with 7 vol.% sulphite waste liquor. Cylindrical briquettes of compsn. are pressed, having a cylindrical central cavity for accepting the standard aliquot and a monitor probe, pref. of Cu wire. A standard aliquot, of the same substance as the briquettes but without the sulphite waste liquor, and sealed in an ampoule of quartz, polyethylene or polystyrene, is introduced into the cavity. The briquette is provided with 3 monitor probes, esp. of Cu wire, at its outer surface, parallel to the longitudinal axis and at an angle of 120 degrees, and sealed, with aliquot and probes, in an Al capsule having the size of the briquette. The capsule is chemically and system-isotopically marked radioactively. Directly before charging on a burden, the Al capsule is opened with a bolt circle saw; standard aliquot and monitor probes are removed, the Al capsule is re-sealed and fed, with the burden, to the metallurgical process. The added total radioactivity impulse of the metal investigated in briquette is determined from the standard aliquot and monitor probes. Activity/wt. of sample material is determined by gamma-spectrometry of the radioactive samples of the individual smelting prods., after grinding at const. grinding time. Alternatively, the samples are worked up chemically and then evaluated. The intervals for measuring the radioactively marked burden components can be chosen. The process can be carried out at a selected moment on an opt. pyrometallurgical aggregate. Total activity measurement accuracy is >1%.</p>
