The hinge is used for flap with horizontal rotating axis. A lever is connected with the flap and hinged on the fixed part. The flap is open to given position from which it does not swing back into closed position. The double arm lever (4) is pivoted on a fixed part (2). A projecting end of this lever is fitted into a slot of the flap (1). The other end of this lever is connected to spring (27) connected with the fixed part (2). The lever (4) is pivoted below the wall and its one end projects through a slot (17) in the wall. The spring (27) is fitted into fixed part (2).
