PURPOSE:To save trouble that recording operation is repeated twice by applying D/A conversion to a PCM signal regenerated from a recording medium while delaying it to supply it as a main signal to a cutter and, on the other hand, by supplying the signal obtained from direct D/A conversion of the PCM signal as a preceding sound signal. CONSTITUTION:In case of cutting, a regeneration mode is created by connecting switches S2 to S5 to the side of contact b and, in addition, connecting VTR 10 to video input terminal 8. Thus, the PCM video signal recorded in a magnetic tape is regenerated and digital signals corresponding to the input signal are supplied to delay circuit 14 and D/A converter 15 respective from decoder 12. The signal converted by D/A converter 15 is taken out as a preceding sound signal from output terminal 18 and is used for control of the cutter carrying mechanism. The signal supplied to delay circuit 14 is delayed for a stated period and then is converted to an analog voice signal through D/A converters 19a and 19b. |
