Servo monitor for pneumatic hydraulic valve - with oscillator coil mounted directly in pressure part of valve

The servo control valve is fitted with a detector coil (1) mounted immediately near the valve seating and operated on by a metal shaft (2) as part of the valve. The exact valve element position is accurately defined so that an improved feedback control is possible. The system provides a precision control of the servo valve. It applies to both pneumatic and hydraulic valves and is simple to include in the valve layout.
