The camplate, whichis supported at the free end of swing arms, is pressed by a spring or under gravity against the sensing roller. The different angular speeds of the cams (7) with the control plate (3) are predetermined and during its rotation, the cam is turned at different speeds. The tangential speed of the grinding disc (8) is held constant with respect to the surface of the cam (7).
