PURPOSE:To form a uniform film excellent in liquid-tightness, by a method wherein ultra-fine metal particles are blown to the surface of an article to be treated through a carrier to form a film layer in an adhered state and the coating layer is formed into a sintered film by heating. CONSTITUTION:Ultra-fine metal particles (b) each having a particle size of 0.001-0.1mum are stored in a mixing container 1 while carrier gas is injected from small perforation of a supply pipe 2 and said particles (b) are blown to the entire surface of an article (a) to be treated from a nozzle 4 through a feed pipe 3 to form a coating layer B with a predetermined thickness. In this case, the distance between the nozzle 4 and the article (a) to be treated is set to about 1mm. and the injection pressure of the gas is regulated to about 0.15kg/cm<2>. Subsequently, the coating layer B is heated to about 300 deg.C or less by a spot heater 6 using infrared rays and fine particles are mutually sintered and integrated to form a sintered film. By this method, a metal film can be formed without using a binder. |
