PURPOSE:To raise the performance of pole plate as well as its productivity by continuous or automatic manufacturing method by putting and pressing base plates at regular intervals between two belt-like active substances extruded continuously. CONSTITUTION:The tip portion of a pair of the extruders 1 and 2 has a rectangular form and the pasty active substances 3 and 3' are extruded by the extruding part 4. Then, the rolled belt-like sheet 5 is drawn out on the belt-conveyer 6, then the belt- like active substance 3 is extruded on the sheet, and further the base plate 7 for holding active substance is put at a desired interval continuously on the active substance. Then the belt-like active substance 3' from another extruder 2 is put on the base plate 7 being transferred and then the rolled belt-like sheet 11 is further put on the active substance 3' and pressed on each other between the upper and lower conveyers 12. Then, the active substances 3 and 3' are compressed by a pair of the compressive formers 13 to press them on the base plate 7. Thus, continuous manufacture of pole plate is made possible and also its productivity can be raised. |
