PURPOSE:To make it possible to suppress sufficiently parastic oscillations of a frequency except an operating frequency by an ultra high frequency hat-shaped coupling circuit which couples a solid-state passive element operating in an ultra high frequency band with a waveguide via a metal hat in terms of ultra high frequency. CONSTITUTION:Between metal hat 15 and waveguide wall 12, dielectric 21 is arranged and solid-state passive element 13 packaged is arranged in the dielectric 21. The gap between metal hat 15 including dielectric 21 and waveguide wall 12 and the electrostatic capacity of circumference 16 of hat 15 are fixed to serve as a 1/4-wavelength transformer and tuning element at an operating frequency respectively. Since the diameter of metal post 17 is made close to that of metal hat 15, metal hat 15 should not confront to tube wall 14. At the operating frequency, filter 19 couples metal hat 15 direct with waveguide 11 in terms of ultra high frequency and at the other frequency, an ultra high frequency current flowing to metal post 17 is flowed to absorber 20, where it is absorbed. |
