PURPOSE:To obtain an acoustically-excellent headphone by using an excellent- workability protector which is large in modulus of direct elasticity of bending and small in Q of frequency characteristics and differs in thickness but can easily be molded. CONSTITUTION:Protector 8 is made of a lamination obtained by sandwiching unsaturated polyester resin 11 between two layers, inorganic fiber layers 10a and 10b by modling. Here, inorganic fiber layers 10a and 10b are made of non-woven fabric such as carbon fiber and glass fiber, plane-woven fabric or knitting yarn. Unsaturated polyester resin 11 uses a premix of unsaturated polyester resin and an additive such as a glass- chopped strand and calcium carbonate. |
