PURPOSE:To mold a cylindrical exterior material in a series of processes by a method wherein a film strip fed with a feed adjusting mechanism at a fixed tension is rolled cylindrical to overlap and weld both selvages thereof and then, fed to a cutting section adjusting the feed to cut to a specified length. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical exterior material molding machine is composed of a film supply section A for feeding a film strip 1 at a fixed speed, a film control section B for correcting the zigzaging of a film 1 and adjusting tension thereof being fed, a sealing section C for overlapping and welding both selvages 1a of the film strip 1 rolling it to form a cylinder, an accumulating sectin D for controlling the carrying speed of the cylindrical film 1', a cutting section E for cutting the cylindrical film 1' to a specified length and a mounting section F for mounting the unit cylindrical film 1'' on an object 3 to be mounted expanding it in a roughly cylindrical shape after the cutting. |
