METHOD OF WORKING THE END OF SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLE HAVING STACKED METAL FOIL*

PURPOSE:To connect joint of synthtic resin mole having stacked metal foil without spoiling appearence by grinding basic synthetic resin in parts to make thin layer and then mold end joint of determined form by press. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin mole 10 consists of basic synthetic resin 11 and metal foil 12 stacked thereto. Basic synthetic resin 11 of the mole 10a to be joint D is grinded by rotational blade or baff to get determined form by heat press of cool press to form joint D. This press working presses metal foil 12 as well as synthetic resin 11 and the mole end 10a becomes sack shape having an opening E or enlarged opening to form the joint D.
