<p>PURPOSE:To obtain microwaves with high sensitivity reception characteristics by transmission power, by discharging the microwaves to a waveguide from two mixer diodes arranged in shapes that cross at right angles with an oscillation power supply line, and by crossing the power supply line at right angles with an electric field of the waveguide. CONSTITUTION:Oscillation power is divided into two portions and applied to the connecting lines of mixer diodes XD 13, 14 when transmission, but the rate of unbalanced components is beforehand controlled because the power fills the role of an antenna and microwaves leak to the antenna side though they are weak when there are unbalanced components. When reception, the XD13, 14 keep excellent connection to a magnetic field of a waveguide portion 24 because the XD are arranged in parallel with a microwave electric field 25. The transmission power of a radar module 1 is decided by imbalance by the deviation of the characteristics of the XD13, 14 and deviation from conditions that power supply lines, such as, a coplaner line 12 or a lead wire 20 or the like cross at right angles with the electric field 25 in angles, and easily adjusted if fixing quantity leaking from an input line from a station.</p> |
