PURPOSE:To readily form water films over the entire surface of dust collecting electrodes without requiring accuracy in the control of nozzle mounting position by providing the dispersion parts which are swollen in arc form to the upper part of the dust collecting electrodes. CONSTITUTION:When water 7 is injected from the injection ports 3 of a water pipe 4, it hits against dispersion parts 2. While it is spreading in the lateral directions, it curves in arc form, flows downward and wets the surfaces of dust collecting electrodes 1, thereby forming even water films 8. The dispersion parts 2 when dropped with water drops on their surfaces guide the water drops onto the dust collecting electrode 1 surface without flying them off. This mechanism lets water films be readily formed with virtural no need for accuracy in the mounting position control of the injection ports 3 and dispersion parts 2. |
